Lydia Holbrook is an abstract artist working from her home studio in Farnham, Surrey. Her work, rich in texture and movement, draws inspiration from nature, music, landscapes and seascapes, often blending a variety of mediums to create depth and light within each piece.
Creativity has been a constant thread throughout Lydia’s life. From an early passion for art, she went on to study the subject at college before pursuing a Marketing degree at Bournemouth University, where her artistic instincts continued to thrive. After graduating, she spent five years at a creative advertising agency in London, followed by a dynamic role at LEGO HQ.
Motherhood sparked a new chapter, leading Lydia to launch a small business designing artistic prints, wedding and business stationery. A family move to Australia proved transformative — the people and artists she encountered reignited her love for painting. Since returning to the UK, Lydia has released several collections, taken part in many exhibitions, appeared in local art galleries and continues to evolve her distinctive abstract style.
